> Can I order NUXE products through mail order or e-commerce?

Unfortunately, NUXE products cannot be ordered through mail order or e-commerce.

Our products are available in pharmacies, parapharmacies and department stores dermocosmetics areas where you will find testers, catalogues and samples.
Feel free to ask for further information or samples in the pharmacies, parapharmacies and department stores dermocosmetics areas where our products are available.

As a precaution, we advise you not to use any body-care product, except specific ones during pregnancy and breast-feeding.

NUXE has currently no body-care line specific to pregnant women.

Compounds to be avoided during pregnancy are Vitamin A and Essential Oils. As some of our formulations contain such principles, for your safety, NUXE has decided to apply the precaution principle and recommends to pregnant women not to use the following face-care products:
- Aroma-Vaillance®
- Aroma-Vaillance® Intensive
- Rêve de Miel® Lip Balm
- Rêve de Miel® Family Balm
- Gentle Aromatic Exfoliant
- Gentle Purifying and Clarifying Mask

Tonific® Minceur and Huile Prodigieuse® (tried and tested action on vergeture repair) will be, after your baby is born, perfect allies to get back on track.

In order to assess the performance of NUXE care products, we resort to cruelty-free tests.
NUXE products are tried on voluntary healthy people or on cell cultures. Safety tests are performed according to alternative or substitution methods, sponsored by renowned experts and never resorting to animal testing.
In addition to such in vitro methods, product safety and performance are ensured by our extensive knowledge on the raw materials we use (expertise acquired for many years, comprehensive scientific literature), tests performed under dermatological supervision on voluntary people.

Most NUXE formulations have a proven stability lasting for 30 months. Therefore, in compliance with current regulations, they needn’t any use-by date.
However, we mention product durability after opening. Thus, you may see on our labels a pictogram representing an open jar indicating the recommended useful period once the container has been opened. It generally ranges from 6 (6M) to 24 months (24M).


> Do I need to place NUXE products in the fridge?

Our creams are stabilised and we will preserved without the slightest damage during their useful period, provided they are maintained away from light or heat sources (our products are formulated to resist for one month at 50°C). Therefore, you needn’t place them in your refrigerator.
Nonetheless, in summertime, in order to freshen up while applying your face cream, you may put it in your fridge.

We are doing our best to offer you high-quality and cost-efficient products and our prices are similar in the outlets where NUXE products are available.

Prices mentioned in the press or on our website are to be considered as a REFERENCE. Then each retailer may set its own prices.

All our products are non-comedogenic, i.e. they do not favour the appearance of comedones.

Most often, we resort to external companies to lead our customer testing campaigns.
 
Nonetheless, you may express your wish in the form entitled “give your opinion” and we would get in touch with you if we needed to form a panel matching your profile…

Most NUXE care products may be used by men. Admittedly men skin is thicker and the ageing process is slower but it needs to be moisturised, protected and soothed.
 
- After shaving: Fluide Prodigieux®

- To moisturise skin: Crème Fraîche® de Beauté Suractivée or Crème Fraîche® de Beauté Formule “Light”.
 
- To relax face: Phytochoc® Lifting Serum after Crème Nirvanesque®.

- To smooth skin: Crème Étincelante® to be used as a night care which is most appropriate for men thick skin.
 
- To purify face and eliminate comedones: Gentle Aromatic Exfoliant (to be used in the shower) and Gentle Purifying and Clarifying Mask (once a week) + once a week for drier skins: Refreshing and Relaxing Moisture Mask.
To compensate the effects induced by hard water and for glossy hair: Huile Prodigieuse® after each shower or before shaving to soften beard, to obtain a gliding skin or as a razor burn relief.

To fight cold or repair cracks: Rêve de Miel® Lip Balm and Family Balm.

To nourish and repair hands without any greasy effect: Rêve de Miel® Hand and Nail Cream.

In gym bags: the must-have Rêve de Miel® Shower Gel or Treatment Shampoo.
